LD, Last week's noise disturbance peaked with 164's dog barking at a passing 'Husky' type (itself a particularly revolting variety) (1510, 17/12) , yesterday's loudest noise (yes, louder than that 6-litre Mercedes) was 164's dog barking at 8:10 pm and today's only 'excessive' noise, so far, is the same dog barking at 0710, at two pedestrians; the last two incidents are reported on the basis of my guess as to the source (I couldn't quite see the dog), but my neighbours in apartments 163-168 High Street, DY9 8LT will probably be able to provide corroboration. This loud, menacing, fouling hound is walked close to my outhouse in Connops Way and right in front of my garage, also in Connops Way, for variety, because there is less chance of encountering another dog (though 157's revolting pet can be met here) and so that its owners do not, they feel, have to fit a muzzle (the dog barking at yours truly doesn't seem to matter) - can the Council, whilst it is considering other solutions, insist that this dog wears a muzzle in public? Merely as an aside, I am campaigning for that publicly-funded and provocative Christmas tree be removed from the Village and, denying that I have been inspired to write by the BBC's saturation coverage of this Christian festival this month, this weekend and this morning, can I ask just what god would 'ave created my neighbour?
